Configuration of hddtemp

hddtemp shows the temperature of IDE and SCSI hard drives by reading S.M.A.R.T. information.

You can quickly configure various settings as follows:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure hddtemp

This allows you to configure things like:

• Allow non-root users to start hddtemp
• Run as daemon
• Port to use
